[:en]Philips has a long history of research in the field of magnetic resonance diagnostics. The company’s goal is to develop new techniques and technologies that will expand the opportunities and enhance the information content of the MRI.

Together with leading medical centers, the company carries out scientific and clinical work and implements innovations in the diagnostic practice. Philips is committed to improving the sensitivity and reliability of the MRI, as well as creating a comfortable environment for both patients and physicians. Radiologists’ confidence in the accuracy of the diagnosis depends directly on the perfection of technology and the completeness of the information available.

Philips supports new projects aimed at improving the quality of the Russian healthcare system and, together with the Russian Society of Roentgenologists and Radiologists (RSRR), is happy to announce a competition for the grant «Development of Scientific and Clinical Research in the MRI».

The key criteria for selecting research projects are their scientific novelty, their clinical significance, and their importance for physicians and patients.

We are pleased to invite those experts in the field of magnetic resonance imaging who carry out their research using the Philips MRI, though it is also allowed to use the equipment of different manufacturers in the preparation of the project.

Applications are accepted from September 10 to October 14, 2019. To submit an application, please fill in the form and send it to the expert committee of the competition: radiology.rorr@gmail.com. Applications are accepted and winners are selected by the RSRR expert committee.

The competition winners will be awarded three grants of 500, 300, and 200 thousand rubles, respectively. International experts of Philips are willing to support the winners of the competition in their further research activities on the project.
